Quetta Tour

Quetta is the capital and largest city of the province of Balochistan in Pakistan which one of the best toure side for the people i wrote about wander writers for the Quetta which is best the suggestion for the people . The name Quetta is derived from a Pashto word which literally means 'fortress'. The city of Quetta is located at an altitude of about 1700 meters to 1900 meters above sea level. Quetta Shalkot is an old city whose name literally means 'fortress'. It is believed that the name is derived not from a fort but from the fact that Quetta is a city surrounded by mountains, which makes it a natural fort. The mountains around it are called Chiltan, Zarghoon and Mehrdar.

All the mountains are basically dry. Quetta is an ancient city whose existence dates back to the sixth century AD. At that time it was part of the Sassanid Empire of Iran. When the Muslims conquered Iran in the seventh century AD, it became part of the Islamic Empire. Quetta is mentioned in the conquests of Mahmud Ghaznavi in   the eleventh century AD. After this, according to an idea, the people of Kansi tribe came from Takht-e-Sulaiman and settled in Quetta in large numbers. He left his son Akbar who stayed here for two years. Quetta remained part of the Mughal Empire until 1556, when it became part of the Iranian Empire. In 1595, Emperor Akbar again made Quetta part of his empire. After 1730, the state remained part of Kalat. According to a European traveler in 1828, there was a large mud wall around Quetta which turned it into a fort and housed about three hundred houses.

Many British travelers came to Quetta in 1828 and after to inspect it with the aim of providing information to the British. During the First British-Afghan War of 1839, Quetta was captured by the British. In 1876 it was formally incorporated into the British Empire and Robert Grove Sandeman was appointed its political agent. During this time a large number of Baloch tribesmen settled in Quetta. The British turned Quetta into a military base, so the population of Quetta increased significantly during this period which continued till the famous earthquake of 1935. On May 31, 1935, a massive earthquake shook Quetta, turning the entire city into a mound of mud, killing an estimated 40,000 people in a matter of minutes. This catastrophic earthquake completely destroyed Quetta. The quake measured 7.1 on the Richter scale in the quetta which quake for awaysome which is the danger for that time. The history of Quetta is incomplete without this terrible earthquake.

Quetta was rebuilt after the quake, but all the buildings were one storey. In addition, the British had no interest in rebuilding Quetta because they had built their military bases along the Afghan border. But as Quetta was on the trade route between Afghanistan and Iran, it gradually regained its position. Its trade with Afghanistan resumed via Chaman and with Iran via Noshki, Dalbandin and Taftan.
